Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to customers throughout Ghana.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery to all locations within:

Greater Accra Region
Selected areas within the Central Region

Other Regions

For deliveries outside our free delivery zones, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated before your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Greater Accra Region: 1–2 business days
Central Region: 1–3 business days
All Other Regions: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll keep you updated on its delivery status through WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call, where applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.

If our delivery partner is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unanswered phone calls, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with our delivery partners to locate your package and keep you informed throughout the process.
